Send you a congress program and inform you of the rates offered by the hotels
Take care of booking a series of rooms in the hotel you have selected
Send reminders :
To your customers to get their departure and return dates
To your delegates and your European subsidiaries (if you cover several regions or - countries)
To you, to remind you of the deadlines (cancellation without losing your deposit )-
Manage the registration of your customers at the congress (with registration - forms sent to the organizers, reminders to get the booking confirmations).
Manage the rooming lists (up-dates dispatched to the hotels and to you, with - reminders to get the booking confirmations)
Book air or rail travel tickets and car rental
Send a letter of confirmation to each customer
Organize transfers from the airport to the hotel
Set up a "welcome desk" at the hotel to hand out documents drawn up by you, - badges and any other information you need to get to your customers
